This page explains what Codex Solutions receives when you contact us through codex-solutions.in, and what we do with it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us:
- What you type into the contact form — your name, company, country, phone number, email address, the service you’re interested in and your message.
- What you send us directly by email, WhatsApp or phone.
This site has no accounts or sign-ins, and we don’t ask for anything else.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, understand your requirement and prepare a proposal. If you become a client, we use them to run the project with you.
We never sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing.
Where it goes
The contact form does not send anything to a server. It opens your own email app or WhatsApp with the message filled in, and nothing leaves your device until you press send there.
Once you send it, your message is held by the email or messaging service you used, and in our inbox. This site does not store form data, and at present it uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Like any website, the pages are delivered by a hosting provider, and fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Those services may record basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to reply and follow up. Client correspondence is kept for as long as the project, and any legal or accounting record-keeping, requires. We delete the rest when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email Sales.CodexSolutions@gmail.com and we’ll confirm once it’s done.
Changes
If we change how we handle information — for example, if we add analytics to this site — we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
